Benefits & stipends

Benefits and stipends may vary by position, schedule, funding, and employment classification.

We do not believe community-centered businesses should recreate the same economic conditions they claim to be solving.

MimiByte was built by young adults who understood what it meant to need an opportunity. As we grow, we want that growth to create fair-paying work for the people and communities we serve.

We may not always have an open position, but we're always interested in meeting people who could grow with us.
