Public pages and demos
Demo previews are controlled examples for evaluation. MimiByte may change, restrict, or retire demos and public routes at any time.
Clear terms for using MimiByte.
These terms apply to MimiByte public pages, demos, booking requests, preview links, and digital service engagements unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Plain language. Clear expectations.
Bookings
Booking requests are not final until confirmed by MimiByte. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.
Protected content
MimiByte brand elements, demos, copy, code, strategy, design assets, and system concepts remain protected unless a written agreement grants rights.
Client services
Client work is governed by the written scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and support expectations for that engagement.
Use the site respectfully. Do not disrupt, copy, bypass, scrape, or misuse MimiByte systems, demos, protected routes, brand assets, or client work.
