These terms apply to MimiByte public pages, demos, booking requests, preview links, and digital service engagements unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Bookings and communication
Booking requests are not final until confirmed by MimiByte. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.
Protected content
MimiByte brand elements, demos, copy, code, strategy, design assets, and system concepts remain protected unless a written agreement grants rights.
Client services
Client work is governed by the written scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and support expectations for that engagement.
