How MimiByte handles operational data.

MimiByte uses data to operate websites, booking flows, portals, demos, support systems, and client technology infrastructure.

Storage

Bookings, subscribers, demos, admin records, portal records, and support records may be stored server-side for operations and delivery.

Records are kept as long as needed for business operations, support, compliance, security, client delivery, or legitimate administrative needs.

Admin records and private systems are protected through session controls, private server functions, access limits, and operational safeguards.

Browser storage may be used for interface preferences, accessibility settings, and basic user experience controls.
